Briana is an incredibly attentive realtor. She goes far above and beyond in pretty much all areas. If I didn't understand something, she educated me in the kindest and clearest way possible. She is very honest and up front with everything, which helped solidify trust that she was doing everything in her power for our best interests. She was very aggressive where she needed to be to ensure I was protected in my deals, but also realistic with what we needed to do to be competitive in this market. This market as a seller was amazing and she assisted us in understanding offers so we could make the best choice for ourselves. On the buying side this market is very difficult, however Briana went above and beyond in helping us find and secure a home. Briana has researched and studied the best and safest ways to make competitive offers for her buyers and that is why she was able to get us under contract shortly after we sold our home, which is very difficult thing to do right now with this crazy market. I would go out of my way to recommend Briana to anyone.

Briana did an amazing job selling my home in a difficult market, when interest rates were rising dramatically! She was very professional and persistent during every step of the process. Briana and Bailey Weeks did a masterful job staging the house! It looked great. She was friendly and engaging with those who came to the open houses, both potential buyers and realtors. The house initially sold the first week on the market, but that buyer backed out when interest rates rose so high. That buyer forfeited a large non-refundable deposit. Briana re-listed the house, staged it again and held two more open houses. She followed up with everyone who came through the house. An interested buyer came back because of her follow up call. That potential buyer had not planned to come back to look at the house, but agreed to come back after Briana's call. That led to over an hour visit and a second walk through. The buyer decided to make an offer, which was accepted after some counteroffers were made. Briana is very persistent and tenacious, but she does it in a friendly and kind way. I highly recommend her to anyone who wants to sell their home!
